The Area

The Paraiban coastline in Brazil is today one of the most popular place to buy properties . Located in between the states of Rio Grande do Norte and Pernambuco, the beaches are a nature lover’s paradise and are surrounded by miles of semi deserted beaches, lagoons, natural pools and lush and green tropical vegetation. The area is famous for its stunning natural beauty and attracts visitors from all over the World who come here to enjoy the paradisiacal nature and the yet relaxed and tropical Brazilian lifestyle. The tourism in Paraiban coastline is far from mass tourism. Tourists that come to the Paraiban coastline come looking for nature, peace and relaxation.

The former fishing village of Jacuma is located justo ver 20 km from th estate capital of Joao Pessoa, and lies in the municipality of Conde. Surrounded by stunning coastal communities and green countryside littered with farms and smallholdings, the area has almost unlimited potencial set against a backdrop of lush vegetation and picture postcard beaches. In Jacuma itself there are Hotels, restaurants, bars, stores, cash points and a post office. The village is a focal point for excursions, boat trips, buggy rides and tranquil nightlife, while its beaches are backed by dramatic cliffs, dense forest and Rivers. Fresh water lagoons, coral reefs and rustic Beach bars, complete with cocnut parasols, add to the charm of this unique tropical paradise, where the sun shines year round.

The villages of Praia Bela and Pitimbu, both on the south coast, and Lucena on the north coast are even more tranquil villages with very similar landscape scenario as Jacuma.
