The location is good with stunning views over the driving range and valley of marquesa golf club. High on a hill but no neighbours overlooking from the other side of the road. There is a communal swimming pool just around the corner with seating area.
The villa has off road parking to the side, through double opening gates, and a seperate entrance gate to the house. There is a stoned garden with mature planting with automatic watering system, so no worrys about the having to do a daily watering chore. There is a tiled front terrace in the garden with views. Then a wide stairway to the entrance with covered terrace, and table and chairs. The house has ornate security grills to all windows and doors. Entering the villa, into a good sized lounge, with 2 sofas and a dining area to the left hand side, it a light bright and airy. Next to the dining area is the kitchen, which is well equipped, with oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and crockery etc. There is a seperate utility room and store that houses the washing machine and sun beds.
