Semseo Ltd — if the listing agent has not dealt with your enquiry within 14 days, Semseo Ltd also receives a copy so that it can make sure you get a reply (legitimate interests).
Other agents with similar properties — only if you tick the box — if you tick the box on the enquiry form, then confirm by clicking the link in the email we send you, and the listing agent has not dealt with your enquiry within 14 days, Semseo Ltd may introduce you by email to other agents on this website who list similar properties (same type, similar price, nearby). Each introduction goes to you and one agent, with your name, your phone number (if you gave one) and your message; the other agents are not told which property you enquired about. Nothing is shared unless you confirm. Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@property-partnership.com, or with the one-click link in the separate email we send only to you after the introductions; withdrawing does not affect introductions already made.
