This lovely town house is ready now to let, available for long lets at 550Euros per month, plus bills.
The house is new and on a small developement of only 21 houses all the same. There is a lovely central large communal swimming pool and sunbathing area, all gated and private. Catral is a lovely town in the vega baja region of the Costa Blanca, it has a stunning church in the spanish plaza with bars and restaurants. There is plenty to do, lot of shops and supermaket, even a weekly market. Close by are the towns of Dolores & Almoradi, with even more amenities. The location is great only 25 minutes to Alicante Airport or 40 minutes to Murcia (San Javier) airport, both accessed by the cheap airlines. There is 5 golf courses in the area at present, more being planned. Nearest beach, just happens to be the best on the Costa blanca, that is Guardamar, 14km of golden sand an has the blue flag for cleaniness. There is also the resort of Torrevieja 25 minutes away. North is the Resort of Benidorm with the theme park of Terra mitica only 40 minutes away.
