The houses in the Complex feature a typical Bulgarian architectural style, which ensures a harmonic and organic living with the surrounding nature. The Resort consists of 19 luxurious two-storey and three-storey villas, a hotel building, and a number of facilities including swimming pools, deluxe spa centre, gym, restaurant, and many more.
Each villa consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathrooms, an extra downstairs toilet, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, and private terraces.
