CTP0383: Renovation Project Close to the Coast

This is a small hamlet that is gradually being brought back to life. Around 12-15 years ago there was on 2 inhabitants, however now existing ruins are being reformed and new cortijo being built in the surrounding area.

Although the village has no amenities, within a short 10 min drive you can find a coastal village were all supplies can be obtained and in addition the large towns of Motril and Adra can be reach in around 40 mins.

There a 2 access routes to the hamlet, one being via a dry river bed and the other a higher route which is partly concreted. Although in our opinion access is certainly not a problem and a 4x4 is not necessary anyone with a nervous disposition should not consider this property.

Building materials can be delivered to the hamlet and currently the ruin beneath the existing property is being renovated by a team of builders.

Sitting in an elevated position, the property enjoys wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea and over towards the coastline of Africa, the surrounding rugged countryside.

The orientation is South facing, and therefore the property enjoys the 320 days of sun this Costa Tropical region boasts.

The ruin is around 100 Square Metres.

Several schools are within a 10 minute drive away.

Spring Water is available and solar would have to be installed.

Parking is available some 100 mtrs away.

The ruin is attached to another property.
