Flat roofs will be waterproofed with asphalt sheeting, thermal insulation with projected high density polyurethane, and finished with passable ceramic paving and baseboard of the same material.


EXTERNAL CARPENTRY


Windows will be made of lacquered or adonised aluminium, colour to be determined by the architect directing the works, with climalit or similar 4-6-5 double glazing.

Shutters will be of lacquered or adonised coloured aluminium; they will be filled with polyurethane foam to facilitate heat insulation, and will be fitted in lounges and bedrooms.

Interior walls will be made of double hollow ceramic brick.Vertical and horizontal parameters will be finishedwith black plaster covered with white plaster. The entrance hall, kitchen, bathrooms,toilet and passageways will have a false plaster board ceiling.
