ABOUT THE PROJECT
A monolithic reinforced-steel multi-storey building comprising a multi-storey wing,a single-storey wing with a lower ground-floor

restaurant and a single-storey wing housing the central-heating furnace on its own plot of land in Zone One.The hotel was build

in 1982.The overall condition of the building is goot.

The Velbuzhd Hotel has 120 beds(four floors with 15 rooms each) of which:

1. 4 single rooms

2. 10 double rooms

3. 1 suite

where each floor has a area of 610 square metres;the 11 th and 12 th floors have been completely renovated.The Panorama

Restaurant is located on the 13 th floor.

-total ground area: 2,323 square metres

-overall area:9,565 square metres

-floors: 13 floors+ lower ground floor

Leisure & Facilities

1. Night bar: area 379 sguare metres located on the lower ground floor of the hotel complex with a split level

area and seating for 100 people.

2.Velbuzhd Restaurant area 652 square metres and restaurant kitchen with an area of 600 square metres,located on the ground floor of the hotel,with seating for 250 people.

3. Lounge: area...with seating for 60 people located in the lobby

4.The Panorama Restaurant: area 610 square metres located on the 13 th floor of the hotel with seating

for 80 people in the covered area and 40 people on the open-air terrace.

5. Furnace room for the central heating system: area 336 square metres,monolithic,located on the ground floor.
