The Internationally renown wet land of the “Albuferas de Adra” with its profusion of wading birds and the salt marshes at Roquetas de Mar are all a short journey away. This house is definitely for those wanting a tranquil way of life although the local bus stop to the town of Adra is only a 5 minute walk away and the town with all it"s amenities can be reached in a 10 minute drive.The house consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms a kitchen, lounge / dining room and also a covered summer kitchen and dining area. There are three large patio areas and ample car parking.
