Villa - Town House Alicante

this lovely 3-bedroom town house looks over mountains on one side and the convent on the other. it is located on a quiet street in cocentaina and has a lot to offer for the price.

you enter the house into the light and airy lounge that measures approximately 5m x 4m. it has a large window to the front and leads onto the dining area, kitchen, downstairs toilet and utility room. the dining area measures approximately 3m x 4m and is just a step from the lounge with excellent lighting, valencian arches and has 4 plug sockets. the utility room has the plumbing for a washing machine and has a laundry chute from the stairs.

the house has been partley reformed and has new wiring. new tiles throughout. it has good access and cocentaina is a lively town with a population of just over 10,000. it has good access to the main airports with valencia being 1.5 hours away and alicante about an hour.
