This property is for someone who wants views from the top of the hills overlooking paphos and the mediterrainian but access to golf , shops, beach and airport all within 20 minutes.
Tsada is a traditional cypriot village with taverna and local shops. It also boasts a golf course set in a 12th century monastary and is surrounded by vineyards.
From the main road Kilmaka hugs the contours of the hillside as it winds around to the property set back in the corner of a plot at the head of a green valley. The property is on a flat levelled site so a white wall is seen from the road. There is a drive way to the left and right of the property viewed from the road. Area Information
Tsada is the ideal location if you wish to experience the quiet un-spoilt side to Cyprus, however the shops, town, market and harbour of Paphos, and Coral Bay beaches are in easy reach by car. Tsada boasts an excellent Golf course. It is a great base for sightseeing. We don't let to groups of young, single people.
The less commercialized area of Polis and Latchi is approximately 20 minutes drive. There are miles of deserted beaches in this beautiful area close to the Akamus peninsular. Latchi is a small port with an active marina and is a great place to take boat trips for fun or fishing from.

Tsada Golf course is situated close by. Availability is never normally a problem. The greens are maintained to a high standard, and there are the usual associated facilities. There are fantastic views from the golf course. The course had been built around a lovely old church where Father Barabus lives. He will make you welcome, a memorable experience!!!
The Troodos mountains are 30 minute cross country and 70 - 90 minutes drive away, where skiing and snowboarding is available.
There is a small village shop, bank, church and a local taverna and coffee shop that serves good food at very reasonable prices. Polemi is a small village a few miles away that has a great taverna and a fantastic pizza place. Tsada is a great base for enthusiastic sightseers as it is very central and in reasonable travelling distances of many places of interest.
