Area Information
The Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) is a mixed use community with 45% of the Towers planned for residential use, 21% as office only and the rest as hotel or mixed use. Four towers within the development will offer hotel facilities and dedicated retail plots will help enhance the overall community atmosphere with dedicated supermarkets, laundries, restaurants and areas of shopping.
