Reinforced concrete: The static calculations of our buildings has been computed by performing them in accordance to the high tolerances, and their concretes have been performed by using BS 25 high dosage ready concrete. The concrete surfaces have been spread the material which increases adrenance before the plaster, and it has been excellent for the plaster and concrete to connect each other.

Insulating: In order to insulate the foundations of our buildings from water, KÖSTER mark ( natural rubber- bitum based water insulation material ), which is the latest product of technology has been used. It is a material convenient to DIN 18 195 standards, and isn’t effected by the aggressive underground waters and microorganisms.

At the terraces, balconies and bathrooms which have got the most problem, again KÖSTER-NB SYSTEM ( cement based water insulation ) has been used. It is resistant to 13.8 bar water pressure from negative and positive side.

EXTERNAL SIDE JOINERY : The windows have been made of plastic pwc system joinery, and the most special chosen material is 70 mm thick, and designed with four rooms; all the materials are resistant to UV rays and convenient to (TS)-(EN) standards. All the gaskets is convenient to EN 12356 standards, grouting insulated, and strengthen with double gaskets. They are 4+12+4 glassed, comforting with fly-stopping keepers, performing high insulating on every sort of climate conditions, they obtain heat and energy savings.

EXTERNAL SIDE COATINGS: At the external sides of the building, the antique pillars and antique soaves have been decorated which include very special accessories, while the normal ones are getting built by marble powder, these are built by precas material , and concrete resistance have been performed. By using KÖSTER mark silicone supported external side paint , that is used seldom since the external side paint costs expensive, (waterproofing systems) that is water and heat proof, the life of the building has been long period , and the sides that are free of problems have been obtained.

INTERNAL PARTS : At the internal parts of the building, the same choosiness applied at the external sides and reinforced concrete have been performed, they have been built without neglecting any design and quality. The doors and cupboards in the kitchens have been made of waited wood, the doors are American panel, the kitchen cupboards are made of profile covers, and they have been prepared by giving an other interesting appearance with the satine glass decorations, and they have been usable comfortably.

Room, bathroom, balcony and terraces floors have been covered with the first class real ceramic, and the esthetics have been in the front plan.

The stairs have been built by quality marble and a different sort of comfort has been created.
