entrance to the property is through a lockable wrought iron gate leading to the front patio area which is covered by a new retractable awning, giving a nice shaded area throughout the day. patio also includes lush green hedging and new table and chairs for four
leading into the property through double patio doors which extend to the width of the house brings you into the entrance hall/dining area which will easily seat four persons.
the living area is nicely sized and has a lovely corner open fire place for those romantic log fires on cooler days !from here leads to the american style kitchen with gas hob, extractor fan etc and plenty of cupboard space. the door at the rear of the kitchen leads to the rear garden.
the rear garden area is of good size and has about twenty square metres of land, which as you can see from the picture is ideal for entertaining in those warm summer months. the garden also includes a two tier fountain with plenty of well groomed plants and trees, these include a large jasmine plant which gives off a fantastic scent in the evening and a surrounding bougainvillea plant.
the upper part of the house is reached from the living area by way of a marble staircase. this takes you to the first floor which comprises of the bathroom and the master bedroom.
the master bedroom is a nice sized double with built in double wardrobes and air conditioning. also there are inner patio doors here leading to another small seating area overlooking the med !
the main bathroom is newly fitted and fully tiled from floor to ceiling.
the marble staircase then leads you to the second floor where there is another bedroom which will fit either a double bed or two single beds. also a door from a small landing takes you to yet again another patio which gives you a fantastic vast view of the mediterranean and all its splendour.
Espanol: Acogedora casa adosada en Torrevieja, recientemente restaurada, tiene tres alturas, cocina, salita,1 baño, 2 habitaciones y dos pequeñas terrazas. Situada en una urbanización con acceso privado, tiene piscina comunitaria y está a pocos minutos a pie de la playa. Esta casa está cerca del hospital de Torrevieja (enfrente) y de centros comerciales, por tanto es bastante práctico residir en ésta zona. El precio es más que razonable, por tanto es una inversión ideal.
