Mohammed´s "Plan Azur" Programme. Mediterranea Saidia covers an area of around 7,000,000m2 in total and the apartments on phase 1 of development are located just behind the vast 850 berth marina. Saidia itself is located on the north Moroccan coast, east of Tangier and Melilla and west of the Algerian border.
