This hotel is situated in front of a tourist-fishermen port and sports marina from where tourist boats come and go to visit the Aeolian Islands, a group of nine very famous Sicilian islands which host, among other important islands, the famous Vulcano and Stromboli vulcano islands (still active) and the very vip island of Panarea.
It is the only hotel in town situated in such a privileged position which will guarantee not
only very high occupation during the whole year (the town is a business centre which
attracts business people continuously) but also full occupation during the Summer periods
thanks to the tourists that visit not only this town, but also other tourist resorts nearby.
The hotel is in need of refurbishment but a renovation project has already and specifically been created and designed by a local Architect in order to bring it to very high quality standards of building and European hotel regulations.
Using the already built structure, the Architectual new project consists of a hotel of four floors distributed as follows:
- On the ground elevated floor: there is an open terrace for cafè-bar which can also be open to the public even if they are not hosted in the hotel. The Sea and tourist port can already be seen from this beautiful terrace. An outside panoramic lift has been projected in order to access all rooms from this terrace. - On the first floor, accessible either internally or externally through the panoramic lift, there are nine bedrooms all with bathroom on suite. Some have mountain views and some have fabulous views towards the Sea, the tourist port and the bay.
- On the second floor there are other 9 bedrooms.
- On the top floor there is an open terrace to host an open-covered restaurant, an inside bar and toilets. The views from this top floor are simply amazing!.
The hotel is situated at only 20 minutes drive away from the International Airport of Lamezia Terme.
The hotel can either be refurbished or demolished and constructed again new. There is also the possibility of building an extra 20 rooms by buying a property beside and so building a larger
hotel.
This hotel is a very very good investment opportunity due to all the above explained and due to the fact that the price is very low for its potential and current characteristics.
