Docking facility is good and the grounds are well cared for. This is a pristine lake with good to excellent fishing for Northern, Muskie, Bass and Trout. Walleye are caught but difficult to locate on the main lake.
Included in this resort are 2 Boat Caches, 1 Bull Moose Tag and a Leased Bear Management Area.
Septic and Water Systems are fairly new.
There is an optional Outpost Cabin, offered at $100,000.00, on it's own private lake with access to 2 additional lakes. The cabin is Log construction and fully equipped for 8-10 guests and is licensed for 10. The lake offers excellent fishing for Walleye, Northern and Bass.
