All apartments come luxuriously equipped with with MDF veneer-covered doors, floors with Spanish terracotta tiles that are "parquet"-like, and an air-conditioning system offering both heating and cooling.
There are two payment plans:
Payment Plan A requires a EUR2,000 reservation deposit;
its first installment is 30% ais due 20 days after the reservation deposit;the second installment is also 30% ait's due December 30, 2007; the final installment is 40% ait's due in June 2008 when the Notary Deed is expected to be issued.
This is a very attractive payment plan because clients do not have to pay the second installment until a year from now.
Payment Plan B offers a 5% dount to clients who pay 100% ohe sale price upon signing the preliminary agreement.
