The apartments are arranged in 4 residential buildings built in traditional style and together with the hotel are set in 16,000 sqm of landscaped gardens. Their contemporary functional layout allows maximum flexibility when planning according to personal requirements.
All apartments will be finished and furnished with high quality materials and will feature central heating which will be under floor in the tiled hallway, kitchen and bathroom areas. Completion of the development is expected to be in March 2010 so all apartments are offered on a long term payment plan and some are offered with a 10% nt guaranteed rental income over 2 years following completion.
The Ian Woosnam golf course is the first of eight golf courses planned for the immediate area which, once completed will make Bansko a true four season golf / ski resort.
