When desiring to acquire an overseas property, two things must be real. One is that the property exists somewhere and is available for sale legally and genuinely - no scam; and the second is that the would be buyer has the capacity to pay for the property. I seek to ensure that through me in any real estate transaction, these two things remain true. In the process if I get paid something for my role, it still adds value three folds.
