Our business deals in contract growing of broilers with current capacity of 20,000 heads. It does not require 4 hour supervision and we have about five (5) poultry boys who takes charge of feeding and others. After about 36 days we start harvesting the broilers hauled by the integrator until everything else is cleaned up, wait for about 2-3 weeks rest period and load again with the same flow.
