BlackSeaRama resort is situated on a plot of 1 046 813 m2. It consists of three residential complexes: Lake Park A, Bell Tower and Individual Villas.

Individual Villas
BlackSeaRama’s most exclusive lots offer an unimpeded sea view on the very edge of the cliff. Five homes of the types A, A2, À3 and A4 are included in this release. These one-story dwellings boast a sizeable footprint with nearly 210 square meters of space, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. 5/11m swimming pool is optional. The furnishing of the houses is optional and will be paid additional. There will be a furnishing catalogue available soon.

Payment Terms
The payment schedule for all BlackSeaRama properties is structured in 4 steps:
2000 EUR (non-refundable) deposit;

40% (the deposit) upon signing of contract;
30% upon completion of roof (around 6 months after contract signing);
Final 30% payable on notary transfer (around 12-14 months after contract signing).

*The deposit charge of 2 000 EUR is non-refundable. The deposit is valid 30 days from the day the deposit is transferred on our bank account.
