The apartments
At the rear of the Red Sea Beach Resort will be built a hotel with 250 first-rank hotel suites, adorned with a characteristic water garden. Many of the facilities, including the fitness, wellness and beauty centre, will be here. As a result, the views over the resort will be impressive and, due to the difference in elevation, the chances of having a sea view will be very good.

The two types of hotel suites are both approximately 45m2 in size and each has a large bedroom with a bathroom, a large open living room and its own terrace covering another 10m2. The difference between two types of hotel suites lies in view: de luxe have a Sea view, Standard have Mountain view. And yet its up to customer to decide, which view is more attractive.

In addition to the hotel apartments, you can also choose from a wide range of beautiful apartments. These 372 apartments are located in the heart of the resort. Lying in the green oasis of the resort are three types of apartments, each subdivided into junior and senior. They are; the garden apartment, which has its own garden, the intermediate apartment on the first floor, and the penthouse apartment.

With an area of approximately 35m2, the junior apartments have one bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a spacious open living room with an open kitchen, plus a spacious terrace of approximately 10m2.

The senior apartments with an area of approximately 70m2, which falls within guaranteed rental income system, have a large open living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a private terrace which adds about another 20m2 to the total area.

All of these apartments are at a unique location, by the sea and close to a swimming pool, and there is always a restaurant or bar nearby. The apartments offer optimum privacy and phenomenal views.

Besides a large terrace on the second floor, the penthouse apartment also owns a roof terrace on the third floor. The large roof terrace is accessed by a staircase from the living room. From up here you have even more splendid views.

Interior
All hotel suites and apartments at the resort will be fully furnished for you in a colonial style. Besides the furniture itself, this includes a modern fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabinet and of course air conditioning.

Natural tiles will be used throughout, both on the floors and on the bathroom walls. The emphasis will be on the finish, which must be perfect down to the smallest details. The tiling will be continuous throughout the terraces, living room and bedrooms, so creating a spacious effect. Both the kitchen and the bathroom will be finished in marble.

The fixtures and fittings will leave nothing to be desired. They will be of a high quality and provide a homely feeling.

The Beach Lodges
The beach lodges form part of a harmonious surrounding thanks to their beautiful wooden structures and fine tropical reed thatched roofs. Although you will feel at one with nature, the lodge is very much a luxury dwelling, where tasteful holiday guests will feel spoiled to a princely degree.

With a living space of approximately 100m2, the beach lodge is anything but a hut; it is a fully equipped beach villa, with the option of a vide of no less than 36m2 (vide = is a half-storey inside). This allows you to create an extra master bedroom besides the spacious living room, the luxury bathroom, the kitchenette and the two bedrooms. The view of the crystal-clear blue sea from your bed is phenomenal.

Everything which contributes to making your stay pleasant and comfortable is here. The choice of interior evokes an exotic and pleasant ambience.

Large sliding French windows connect the internal space of the lodge with the extensive hardwood terrace, making the paradise residence a reality.

Marsa Alam
Just a few hours’ flying time from Amsterdam we find Marsa Alam, a true tropical paradise. Only a few years ago, not many people had heard of the fishing village of Marsa Alam, with its palm trees, mangroves and coastline adorned by coral reefs.

Marsa Alam has approximately 13,000 inhabitants and is situated some 270 kilometres from the large resort of Hurghada. In a short period, Marsa Alam has undergone a metamorphosis.

In 2004, the village opened its own international airport and there are currently major plans afoot to expand the still small but pleasant shopping centres with associated leisure facilities like bars and restaurants. The result is that more and more tourist projects are being built in the form of various luxury resorts, for example nearby Port Ghalib.
