An asphalted road leads to the complex. There are all necessary communications.
The complex consists of an underground garage with 18 parking places and 4 living floors. The total number of apartments is 23 4 studios on each floor. The square surface of the apartments is between 50 and 110 sq.m, as there is one big apartment with area of 175sq.m on the fourth floor. MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT AND RENTING

The fee for management and maintenance will be in amount of 450EUR annual per apartment.
