There are 4 select villas in this project and have been designed with thought to the future extention of the property if required and as much thermal glass possible to allow as many views of the beautiful panorama as possible
The whole Construction will be controlled by the chamber of architects and engineering with over 45 years experience in the building field, this project will be controlled by the Turkish law through the Kusadasi municipality.

From the beginning the construction of the villas will be controlled through an independent counsellor firm, including 1 architect, 1 construction engineer, 1 electrical engineer and 1 machine engineer availible for the control of the confirmed projects and list of conditions for earthquakes.

The villas will be built in a Turkish traditional and modern architectural way but with strong European standards attached. The foundations will be far superior to anything seen in turkey to date.

The main construction of the villa will be of reinforced concrete, and the outside part will be covered with real stone walls and with strong supplement paint for rain and cold.

The fundamental feature is that the villas have a damp proof course membrane thus isolating water and moisture.

The in and outside walls of the villas will have YTONGbricks which have the highest thermal and noise reducing quality

All the floors in the villas will be covered with A1 ceramics.

All walls of the bathrooms, toilets and kitchens will be covered with A1 decorative tiles.

For the heating systems of the villas, there will be central heating pipes installed with a unique Siemans instant hot water system.

There will be a main air-conditioning unit fıtted, but plumbing will be fıtted in all rooms, In the living room there will be mounted one 24.000 BTU air-condition unit and in the master bedroom there wıll be an 18,000 BTU.

All gardens will be completely covered with grass, luxury plants and flowers.

The construction will be started at the latest march 2007.
And will be finished in 6-12 months dependant on the customers wishes.
The choice of kitchen is upto the customer from our range any extras can be added at cost but in the developers opinion the highest Standard are already in place.
