How to get there:

Bodrum has a modern airport with several flights from Istanbul arriving daily. The airport is about 36km north-east of Bodrum, a short 30 min drive. Lake View Golf apartments are 10 minutes from Tuzla.

Up to 80% of the purchase price, subject to a minimum loan amount of 40,000 Euros and a maximum of 500,000 Euros. (GBP loans available on request). Loans can be personal habitation or investment purposes, i.e. rental properties. Re-mortgages on property in Turkey is also available to release funds for any purpose.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM TERM AVAILABLE?

You can choose a repayment term up to a maximum of 20 years.

WHAT REPAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

Capital Repayment is available for clients purchasing properties that have been completed. For clients wishing to purchase property off-plan then capital repayment or interest only options are available. If you take advantage of an Interest Only mortgage, the maximum term of 3 years is available or until the property is completed, whichever is first.

WHAT ARE THE INTEREST RATES?

Currently, for clients taking a Mortgage in Euro, the interest rate starts at 5.9% fixed for a period of 1, 3 or 5 yrs. For clients taking a Mortgage in Sterling, the interest rate starts at 6.9% fixed again for a period of 1, 3 or 5 years. For Interest Only Mortgages, the interest rate is 4.2% on a variable basis.
