Foundations

Foundations made of reinforced concrete slabs.

Retaining Walls

Reinforced concrete waterproofed walls and outer drainage.

Structure

Reticular forged concrete frame with a total edge of 25 5 cm. Reinforced concrete supports. The framework of the basements will be supported by slabs of reinforced concrete with steel mesh on both underneath as well as on top, and additional support in the columns. For all the structural elements the concrete used will be 'HA-25' and the steel B500S'.

Roofs

Flat roof, waterproofed with a layer of Intemper and finished with Fil-trón tiles.


External Walls

On overall facades: Double hollow brick masonry as surface material, covered by a 19 mm double layer of prefabricated plasterboard, Pladur, and insulated by a layer of sprayed polyurethane 3 cm thick with a density weight of 35 kg/m3.

Internal Walls

Dividing walls between apartments made of perforated brick wall with chamber at both sides and covered by a 19 mm layer of prefabricated plasterboard, Pladur. Internal walls insulated by rock wool panels. Internal walls of the apartment will be fitted with prefabricated 19 mm plasterboard panels at each side, fixed to a frame of galvanized metal profiles. The panels are filled with rock wool. In the wet cells the exposed side of the Pladur will have a thickness of 15 mm, with protective layer finish against humidity.

External Renderings

Facades coated with two layers of cement mortar. The first layer being mastered and grooved, and the second with a thin mortar finish. Finally, the facades will be coated with stone paint.

Internal Renderings

Bathrooms: Walls of master bathroom and the secondary bathrooms will be covered by ceramic tiles, size 30x60 cm horizontally, from floor to ceiling. For decoration purposes grooves with a spacing of 3 cm will be included in the front of the wash basin.

In bathrooms: The flooring will be of the same material, cut to size 45x45 without skirting.
