This hotel is situated in front of a tourist-fishermen port and sports marina from where tourist boats come and go to visit the Aeolian Islands, a group of nine very famous Sicilian islands which host, among other important islands, the famous Vulcano and Stromboli vulcano islands (still active) and the very vip island of Panarea.

It is the only hotel in town situated in such a privileged position which will guarantee not
only very high occupation during the whole year (the town is a business centre which
attracts business people continuously) but also full occupation during the Summer periods
thanks to the tourists that visit not only this town, but also other tourist resorts nearby.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment but a renovation project has already and specifically been created and designed by a local Architect in order to bring it to very high quality standards of building and European hotel regulations.

Using the already built structure, the Architectual new project consists of a hotel of four floors distributed as follows:

The hotel is situated at only 20 minutes drive away from the International Airport of Lamezia Terme.
