Not to mention uk style pubs,nighclubs and cafes lining the beautiful cobbled streets.

El Kantaoui marina is about 10 km north of Sousse the nearest city and 130 km south of the Capital Tunis. Tourism started here over 35 years ago and has grown now millions of tourist from around the world come for the perfect holiday experience and without breaking the bank.

The marina is only about 30 minutes from Enfida the new international airport, 40 minutes from Monastir International airport and 90 minutes from Tunis international. Taxis from the local airports are usually about £10 and about £40 from tunis. The train and louage are a lot cheaper.

One of the major attractions about 5 minutes walk from the marina is the famous international 36 hole golf course www.elkantaouigolf.com where many international tournaments are held each year.

Being in the heart of the tourist zone in Tunisia property in the marina is understandably expensive compared to other locations around El kantaoui. A small studio 35 sqm would set you back about £39,000. There is even a reception where people can check in if you decided to let your apartment.
