Yesilkent is considered to be more of an upmarket area than its busier resort neighbour Altinkum.This quiet Setisi (local for village like) houses mainly holiday villas but the trend is moving toward amore residential area when buyers realise they are only a short bus ride from Altinkum main beach resort(7 mins).Buses are frequent throughout the summer season and run until quite late.Yesilkent has it"s own very fine beaches a short walk from the complex as well as resytaurant ,shop and bar so caters for all.There are no high rise blocks in this area due to stricter building regulations which makes the area all the more beautiful.There are many green areas and shaded park areas to get you out of the midday sun as well as provide a pleasant outlook from your property.
