Located on the west shore of the Upper Manitou waterway, being approx. 25 air miles south of Dryden ON and 55 air miles north of International Falls MN/Fort Frances ON.

The Main Lodge is wood frame with 1/2 log exterior siding inside and out. In like-new condition, it is American Plan equipped for 25 guests with Commercial style Kitchen and Owners Quarters.

3 Comfortable Modern cabins with Baths, Bedrooms, Porches and Decks with views of the Lake. Housekeeping equipment could be put into each unit if one so desired.

Docking facility is good and the grounds are well cared for. This is a pristine lake with good to excellent fishing for Northern, Muskie, Bass and Trout. Walleye are caught but difficult to locate on the main lake.

Included in this resort are 2 Boat Caches, 1 Bull Moose Tag and a Leased Bear Management Area.
