Tiglio Giallo is made up of 19 detached villas of 2 different types. The villas are spread out around the centrally located entrance and car park to allow easy access to all residences. In the centre of the of the complex there is a communal swimming pool, sundeck and entertainment area. With the use of natural plants and the incorporation of natural rock sculptures, the well landscaped garden will provide a pleasant outlook and blend the villas into the natural surroundings.

From the entrance the spacious open kitchen and living room looks out over the huge veranda and spectacular view. On this level there is the main bathroom, the private entrance and the internal stairway. Behind and up a few stairs one gains access to the second bathroom and the two bedrooms, each of which has their own private terrace.

Internally, the architectural design and thoughtful layout provides for spacious living in a luxurious setting. Only the highest quality materials are to used with a mixture of granite and tile surfaces of soft natural colours. The kitchen shall be fitted with timber cupboards and modern, energy efficient, water saving appliances. The bathrooms shall have only the best fixtures including a modern shower and bidet and all doors and windows will be timber, double glazed and have external shutters.

Huge glass doors divide the internal and external areas and open up to extend the living areas and give an outdoor-living feel. The covered veranda shall be paved with traditional terracotta tiles, and where required, timber railings will be placed on stairways and veranda edges. The roof is made of the traditional curved terracotta tiles and all external walls are finished in the local granite. The colours and choice of materials allows each of the dwellings to blend in perfectly with its surroundings while maintaining a high visual standard.

Each of these villas takes full advantage of the fabulous, 180 degree view, which includes: the unique sights of costa paradiso and its dramatic coastline, the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean and even the French island of Corsica on a clear day. Although all residents will be able take full advantage of the communal aspects of living in a complex, such as the maintenance on the communal gardens and swimming pool, each villa feels like it is completely alone due to its: private garden, private entrance and a private car space not to mention the unobstructed view.
