We offer a wide selection after sale services, that can only be vouched by all of our happy clients. When purchasing a property in Spain you will need to obtain a NIE number. This is simply to identify your self for tax payments on completion of sale. This can be arranged by us, you only need 2 passport photos, your passport and photo copy, and to fill in a form.

When you find your dream property, to officially take the house off the market, you will need to sign a private purchase contract and we would advise on giving the owner a 10% deposit to secure the sale. We will then do all necessary checks and pass on all paper work to your solicitor if you feel that you would like to appoint one to work on your behalf.

When a completion date has been set, all the paper work is then forwarded to the Notary for him to recheck that there isn’t any debts on the property, and that it can be transferred in to your name. A new title deed ( Escritura) is written in to your name, the house is paid for, and after signing in front of the Notary, the house is then legally yours.
